CDL Drivers and Courts: On the Road to End Human Trafficking

Description
As a CDL driver, you are in a unique position to make a difference in the fight against human trafficking. Human traffickers are using our roads and transportation systems to recruit and move their victims. Law enforcement can’t be everywhere. You can help be the eyes and ears on our roadways, reporting any suspicious activity to authorities.

This interactive e-learning course, tailored specifically for CDL drivers, covers essential topics related to human trafficking awareness. In less than an hour, here’s what you’ll learn:

• What is human trafficking
• Signs/Indicators of human trafficking
• How to report suspicions of human trafficking
• The CDL disqualification law for a human trafficking conviction

Featured in this course are videos with first-person accounts from human trafficking survivors and CDL drivers who stepped up by reporting what they saw.

The course includes a quiz and when you pass, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
